T&GO 1 bluetooth totalausfall

Hallo,
Leider ist bei mir Bluetooth komplett ausgefallen. Es wird in den Bluetooth Einstellungen Blueutooth ausschalten hervorgehoben. Die Taste bewirkt aber auch nichts. Kann man das T &G Hardresetten?
